OPV kit (OPV) QuickMill 2800 series
SKU: REV16A nice upgrade for the QuickMill 2820 and 2835
By installing this OPV (overpressure valve), the pump pressure is limited to a maximum of 9 bar, otherwise the ULKA pumps go up to 16 bar. The OPV has a fixed pressure of 9 bar.
Method:
- Disconnect the pressure hose from the solenoid valve
- Remove the solenoid valve from the thermoblock
- Remove the right-angled fitting from the solenoid valve
- Place the supplied T-fitting between the solenoid valve and the 90* coupling
- Place the pressure relief valve in the T-piece
- Replace the solenoid valve and reconnect the hoses
- Cut the connecting hose of the pump and insert the supplied T-fitting into it
- Cut the supplied hose to size and connect it between the T-fitting and the pressure relief valve.
All thread connections must be installed with Loxeal.
