OPV kit 9 bar QuickMill 820
SKU: REV16A nice upgrade for the QuickMill 820!
By installing this OPV (overpressure valve), the pump pressure is limited to a maximum of 9 bar, otherwise the ULKA pumps go up to 16 bar. The OPV has a fixed pressure of 9 bar.
Method:
- Disconnect the pressure pipe from the pump and remove the brass fitting from the pulsor
- Place the 1/8F x 1/8M on the pulsor
- Place the supplied T-fitting on the1/8F x 1/8M fitting
- Place the OPV in the T-fitting
- Replace the brass part from the pulsor on the T-fitting and replace the pressure pipe.
- Cut the connecting hose of the pump and insert the supplied T-fitting into it
- Cut the supplied hose to size and connect it between the T-fitting and the pressure relief valve.
All thread connections must be installed with Loxeal.
